Ajwain
Ajwain, also known as carom seeds, is a highly aromatic spice obtained from the seeds of the Trachyspermum ammi plant. Known for its intense, thyme-like flavor and distinctive aroma, Ajwain is widely used in culinary applications as well as in traditional medicine. The seeds are small, oval-shaped, and brownish-gray, containing essential oils rich in thymol, which contribute to their pungent taste and digestive properties.
