Seedless Tamarind Slabs/Blocks
These are pressed blocks of pure tamarind pulp with the seeds and shell removed. The pulp is often slightly sticky and dense, sometimes containing occasional fibers or seed remnants. To use, the slab is typically soaked in warm water and strained to extract a rich tamarind concentrate. This form is convenient and provides a natural, preservative-free tamarind flavor.
